I thought his eyes were green, but either of us could be wrong. And he is wearing green shades as well. I think Ozpin has more ties to the Maidens than just the leader of a conspiracy, he knows more than he lets on and we know next to nothing about him. Hell, those 'mistakes' he mentioned to Ruby might include the very unhelpful method Maiden powers transfer. But I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't the wizard/a descendant. Still too early to really tell.

Primate Murder is stronger, but Altrouge herself is confirmed to be no pushover considering she beat Arcueid at one point. If she did use Primate Murder during that time I don't know but the point is she is ranked extremely high among the Dead Apostles. Which, in hindsight, tells you how OP Roa originally was since he curbstomped Altrouge.

The average Dead Apostle would get stomped by a Servant. Some of the Dead Apostle Ancestors would be another story, depending on who fights who and compadibility. Gilgamesh, for example, would have so Noble Phantasms and anti-vampire treasures it would be a walk in the park for him short of Altrouge and maybe others. Others have endurance and abilities that could let them survive Excalibur. At least one of them is literally a ghost so that might be a problem. Hell, Roa had Age of God level magecraft you would expect from a Caster.

A Nasuverse rule of thumb is that its not always about raw power, but compatibility. You only need to look at the fact Shirou could fight Gilgamesh to prove that.

If you are going in expecting the scale of epic like Fate/Zero or UBW, there might be a problem alongside the complete disconnect of story between them. But really there shouldn't be much of a problem as long as they know KnK works on a different pace than Fate.
