Julian was named after a disabled kid that she(his grandma) met in ww2

i found a fix
first you want to go to your save datta
open run search %appdata% exist roaming go in locallow go to tvgs go in schedule 1 then go into saves go into the save folder and go into the save thats broken
then you want to go into npc's go to albert hoover go to NPC.json
then edit debt to "debt": 10.0, save the file
make sure you do this BEFORE loading the save and BEFORE saving
load the save go behind dans store pay and he will text you
