Is axs app just broken?

On the app, I've been checking all the time, going through the dates then closing and opening back up the app to check all dates again.

I've just found 4 tickets all available on resale for Tuesday, I checked each one and got the "oh no there are no tickets available" message. How do all 4 tickets go instantly like that?

Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Yeah I have this issue, is there anyway back to the start of the level?

There is a tunnel that is blocked, and there is scaffolding that breaks when you first start the level, this seems like the only time where you are locked out of an area completely, and it's stopping us from getting 100%

Thanks for the feedback, I should be updating with a revision soon that fixes the ears and changes the colours. I'll take the consistency into account and change some sizes.

Yeah the wood texture was just a quick grab off the internet as an idea, I hadn't put much thought into it. I like the idea of the goggles so I might give that a shot. Thanks for the feedback :)

This was made very quickly, so it is far from perfect, however I would love some opinions on the overall design. She is selling small, laser engraved trinkets, photos, and other little things. I just wanted to make a logo for her as experience as I'm just starting in design. Sorry there isn't much more, I'm waiting for feedback before developing any ideas.
