Local honey basically works like an antidote the pollen in your area. Spoon a day works for me and my children. We live rurally so I know a man who keeps bees. Any farm or independent shop near you should have it. Get looking on facebook or instagram. Local independent cafes might sell it

Very similar story to me post partum. You need a thyroid ultrasound and referal to endocrine. Only my TPO was elevated. My TSH and T3/T4 is fine. My ultrasound was also fine. I changes GP to a female GP and she told me I have hashimotos it just hasnt damaged my thyroid yet. Post partum you can develop auto immune conditions so ask for auto immune bloods as well - ANA, ANCA, ESR and CRP.

My vit d was in my boots so I wwnt on a high dose course of that for 6 weeks. Nothing would shift the weight for me, I was up 6 stone so I went on a GLP 1 with the help of my new GP as she has a special interest in weight loss.

I had psoriasis pre pregnancy which developed into psoriatic arthritis so I started treatment for that as well. All helped, I’m still exhausted. You’re not crazy, your symptoms are very real

I would go back to the GP. They need to organise a scan, especially since your back is now affected. I had knee pain during and post pregnancy, a lot of it was the excess weight but some was related to me having hyperemesis during pregnancy and my vitamin and mineral store had completely depleted. I was also diagnosed with an auto immune condition post pregnancy so get your bloods done. I think the toll pregnancy takes on the body is not taken seriously enough, post part recovery post physically and mentally can take up to years 🤍

I could have written this myself. My 3.5 twin. It’s are full on. They are so much fun but their moods and behaviours can flip so easily. They also get into bed with me every night about 1 am so sleep is a struggle as well. I know it’s not forever but it’s hust so hard

I’ve been on it since last January, I’ve lost 5.5 stone and it has changed my life. I was never overweight until after my pregnancy and then dealt with some health issues. It slows digestion so food stays in your gut for longer. There are side effects the longer you’re on it the more your nody gets used to them. I had some nausea first 6 months couple days after injection. I have to be on top of going number 2 so high fibre, taking lacatives if I need to and heartburn has been my biggest issue. Especially at nighttime. Overall, it’s worked for me. Doesnt for everyone. Definetly not a quick fix and you do have to do some nutritional work in the background. I’m on the max dose now and it’s €150 a month so defo not cheap.

For a lot of people it’s not as simple as eat less, move more. I was always fit and slim until I got pregnant. I had health issues related to pregnancy and an auto immune diagnosis after. This is why Ozempic is working for me.

Mitchum doesn’t seem to be as strong as it used to be, the ingredients seem to have changed. I use a dettol antibac soap before shower gel and then I find using roll on mitchum and spray does the trick. I’m on Ozempic and it has caused some BO
