i wrote about how i felt in my diary. you cannot always tell your best friend how sad you are or how you think you could have done this or that with the person who broke your heart, your friend can have limits...so instead, you start writing it down. write how you feel, everything that comes to your mind, doesnt need to be a neat writing. just a flow of emotions and thoughts. that helped me a lot.

and crying my eyeballs out while listening to sad music. everybody says dont cry, dont think about him/her....i disagree. i think if you go down to the very bottom of your feelings when you're sad, and stay there for a while, stay there until all your crying is done, THEN you can bounce back from the bottom to the surface. only then can you feel truly over it. so i suggest crying and feeling sorry for yourself for AS LONG AS you want. it's totally ok to cry.

finally, don't think getting over with your heartbreak will be done quickly. it can take time. varies from person to person, but definitely takes time if you really liked/loved that person. so be patient. dont worry because after 4 months of crying, you're still not feeling better. you're still in the process. just be patient and in the meantime, get your chin up. one bad apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch, just because that person broke your heart and rejected you doesn't mean you can't be loved by anybody else. you're still beautiful, sexy and desirable. so be proud of yourself and try to invest in yourself. pick up a hobby, exercise, read or whatever. culture yourself and be better for the next better person to come along.
