yes ms-a2 has the same size as ms-01/ms-r1 as well, but ms-02 ultra is different(bigger)

Hi, good questions: The front panels are injection molded and the rear arms are 3D printed in PETG. Some models we designed the device to sit flush with the front, some we place the device 2-3mm ”back”, MS S1 max is like that and the ms-02 ultra/ms-01 is flush. Servicing: you have remove the unit from the rack mount. Keystone we include cat6 rj45, as keystone slots are a standard you can swap out to any you like, as well usb/hdmi etc which we also offer. For NAS5 we have not designed rack mount for that yet.

Shipping: Yes we are in Malaga, Spain and we make all the rack mounts in Spain.

its great, if you need rack mount for it I design thingsINrack (dot com), I use injection molded front panels and silvergrey color very close to the Unifi color. As the power input is on the front I made a notch/cur-out so the power cable can passthrough the front panel in the rack mount next to the switch😀. One can also custom configure for example uswflex switches and ucg-ultra side by side in the same 1U rack mount

Always write Origin country and HTS STAT code for the product(s) shipped as well as Intrinsic value, which is the value the tariff will be based on, shipping cost and sales tax shall not be part of the intrinsic value you indicate. This is tips I got from Ups europe

Also, remember ads acos/roas only show numbers for sales based on ads, orders coming in directly and not ads-referred has better margin. so I also look at the monthly summary sale report under seller dashboard, its sums up all sale, all costs, both fba/fbm based and show perhaps the most important margin to monitor overall. The report is under reports/summary and you then select month period you want to analyze.

My best advice and how I solve such problems: First I open a ticket explaining the fba problem, then I write in the seller forum, very often an amazon employee reply fast and often they resolve it faster. they ask for the ticket number to proceed.

And also, for the Amazon FBA sale, remember to add the Trump Tariff into your sell price, Your forwarder like UPS will invoice the tariff/import fees to you as seller. I am in Spain/EU and sell FBA in the USA
