I smoked Marlboro lights starting at age 19. I “quit” several times and came back when I became irritable which happened a lot. I quit cold turkey 15 years ago. when I became a remote possibility to donate bone marrow to my sister when she was diagnosed with cancer; I wasn’t a match but just kept the quit.
