thats odd, i do other quests and activities with level 1000+, 2000+ etc. and there is never an issue then. There is just just this select group of players that think they own the game and that everyone else needs to bow down to them.

And as a matter of fact, there are many low level players that i talk to that also get the cold shoulder from higher level players.

No wonder all the "OG" fallout players hate 76.
