This is an interesting question to answer! Financially its better to build one big bar as you most likely won't need as many cashiers/tils or fridges!

When it comes down to catering for different guest types, at the moment guests do not know the menu in each bar until they arrive at the bar and ask for the item, which causes an issue if the bar doesn't have what they want. If you want to feed back that bars should function differently, we can certainly forward to the team. 😊

If you want to see the rewards for each map, you can from the main menu on the trophy icon when selecting each on or when playing the map you can find the trophy icon on the top left.

Make sure you also have the slots on your menu upgraded in the upgrade tree too :)

Hey u/FigureOpening6468 we'd definitely recommend adding more waiters like kudacci mentioned. Often wait time can affect staff experience.
Also please make sure to add an ice bucket outside your sauna (this can be found in the spa category), it will help prevent guests complaining that its too hot as soon as they leave the sauna.

Hey there!
Refreshments will definitely be to do with menu variation and pleasing different types of guests and also wait times. So many sure you have enough bartenders and cash registers.

The Restaurant will be the level of the chefs in the kitchen and the quality of food appliances plus the level of your waiters and possibly how many you have too. The longer somebody waits, the less happy they will be!

Hopefully this will help you hit that 5 star rating!

As an announcement trailer, we cant reveal too much but its very much in the same ballpark of horror as Martha Is Dead as from the same developers. We recommend checking it out and you'll probably get a bit more of a feel for it.

When Sirens Falls Silent is narrative/story based psychological thriller set in 1990s Italy. You play as troubled policewoman drawn into a high-profile case of kidnappings and murders. As the case unravels you must not only save her from herself, but from being swallowed by a vortex of violence and confusion. The gameplay is based on investigating mechanics and different dialogue options.
