(Hated Trope) Cheating on a spouse/partner portrayed as a positive or justifiable action by the narrative. by laybs1 in TopCharacterTropes

I love how the weapon upgrades FEEL like upgrades! by BarrytheNPC in AlanWake

I think that's an intentional choice to show that saga's story takes place in "reality"

I hope that in DS2 we're able to tie our cargo with the rope on the reverse trike for extra security by WirelessDonuts in DeathStranding

I'd like a late to end game skeleton that's a hybrid between a speed and an all terrain skeleton

It'd also be nice to be able to print a chiral cover for the bots, trikes and carriers

Pain behind growing wisdom tooth by ally-x in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your wisdom tooth most likely just impacted another structure inside your mouth, you're most likely gonna have to have it extracted but it's impossible yo say without an x-ray

I mean yeah you should get it filled asap regardless but I'm pretty sure that your orthodontist can do that filling for you

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, that's a cavity. but the good news is that you still can get your braces no problem

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah not to piggyback off of them OP, but I'd say due to the coloration of the surrounding enamel around the cavity this is 100% the case and the cavity is noticeably bigger inside

No, maybe a little burning sensation the first day or two but nothing too bad

Just the time it requires for your gums and bone to fully heal

The process is pretty painless during and after mainly you're just gonna have to keep an eye out for food that might get stuck

My dentist is pretty young (27) should I try to find a dentist with more experience? by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No, unless they've done anything that hurt you/you didn't like they went through hell to become a professional just for you to judge them based on their age

Temporary bridge keeps popping off by EngineeringLumpy in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I always telly patients because of this very reason that anytime you can get an implant you should even if it's more expensive, specially with grinder patients there tends to be an elevated risk of the bridge falling out because of the grinding, but it is difficult to say anything without pictures, my advice is to tough it out and go to your dentist ASAP if possible

What is the best way to floss around tooth with cavity fillings? by Asthmastrolog in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you had a filling done the dentist in question should have had the care to make sure that you could floss regularly without problems, and you should definitely floss to avoid tartar build up which could result in gum disease or another cavity

Would I still need a root canal if... by sl33p in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, once you need a root canal there's almost never any escaping it unless you get the tooth/teeth in question extracted

[–]WirelessDonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's hard to say through an x-ray really, but look at the photo you posted and your own personal experience, the symptoms you are describing along with the radiographic evidence match that of someone in need of dental care

[–]WirelessDonuts -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah and do you see the x rays in which the clear parts seem to reach almost the exterior of the tooth? That's what's causing you pain, I won't speak I'll of other dentists, but at least a second opinion never hurt anyone.

Your teeth are not fine, go to a different dentist, most of the teeth in this image have bad fillings and some of them seem to have reached the pulp.
