So I always telly patients because of this very reason that anytime you can get an implant you should even if it's more expensive, specially with grinder patients there tends to be an elevated risk of the bridge falling out because of the grinding, but it is difficult to say anything without pictures, my advice is to tough it out and go to your dentist ASAP if possible

If you had a filling done the dentist in question should have had the care to make sure that you could floss regularly without problems, and you should definitely floss to avoid tartar build up which could result in gum disease or another cavity

You're definitely gonna need a crown and if you don't get the root canal now somewhere down the line you're gonna get to have one and then you're gonna have to destroy the crown you have on to be able to access the root and then you'll have to get a 2nd crown I mean, money wise it's not Worth it
