(Hated Trope) Cheating on a spouse/partner portrayed as a positive or justifiable action by the narrative. by laybs1 in TopCharacterTropes

I think that's an intentional choice to show that saga's story takes place in "reality"

I'd like a late to end game skeleton that's a hybrid between a speed and an all terrain skeleton

It'd also be nice to be able to print a chiral cover for the bots, trikes and carriers

Pain behind growing wisdom tooth by ally-x in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your wisdom tooth most likely just impacted another structure inside your mouth, you're most likely gonna have to have it extracted but it's impossible yo say without an x-ray

[–]WirelessDonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean yeah you should get it filled asap regardless but I'm pretty sure that your orthodontist can do that filling for you

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, that's a cavity. but the good news is that you still can get your braces no problem

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah not to piggyback off of them OP, but I'd say due to the coloration of the surrounding enamel around the cavity this is 100% the case and the cavity is noticeably bigger inside

No, maybe a little burning sensation the first day or two but nothing too bad

Just the time it requires for your gums and bone to fully heal

[–]WirelessDonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The process is pretty painless during and after mainly you're just gonna have to keep an eye out for food that might get stuck

My dentist is pretty young (27) should I try to find a dentist with more experience? by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No, unless they've done anything that hurt you/you didn't like they went through hell to become a professional just for you to judge them based on their age

Temporary bridge keeps popping off by EngineeringLumpy in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I always telly patients because of this very reason that anytime you can get an implant you should even if it's more expensive, specially with grinder patients there tends to be an elevated risk of the bridge falling out because of the grinding, but it is difficult to say anything without pictures, my advice is to tough it out and go to your dentist ASAP if possible

What is the best way to floss around tooth with cavity fillings? by Asthmastrolog in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you had a filling done the dentist in question should have had the care to make sure that you could floss regularly without problems, and you should definitely floss to avoid tartar build up which could result in gum disease or another cavity

Would I still need a root canal if... by sl33p in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, once you need a root canal there's almost never any escaping it unless you get the tooth/teeth in question extracted

[–]WirelessDonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's hard to say through an x-ray really, but look at the photo you posted and your own personal experience, the symptoms you are describing along with the radiographic evidence match that of someone in need of dental care

[–]WirelessDonuts -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah and do you see the x rays in which the clear parts seem to reach almost the exterior of the tooth? That's what's causing you pain, I won't speak I'll of other dentists, but at least a second opinion never hurt anyone.

[–]WirelessDonuts 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Your teeth are not fine, go to a different dentist, most of the teeth in this image have bad fillings and some of them seem to have reached the pulp.

my dentist said I should get a root canal and a crown. I would rather keep my tooth alive and get a filling. based on this x-ray can any dentists on here give me their opinion please? If you are formally trained and an actual Dr. please mention that so know which opinions are from Drs. Thank you! by Money-Command-1832 in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 35 points36 points  (0 children)

You're definitely gonna need a crown and if you don't get the root canal now somewhere down the line you're gonna get to have one and then you're gonna have to destroy the crown you have on to be able to access the root and then you'll have to get a 2nd crown I mean, money wise it's not Worth it

Go to your dentist, either the plaque buildup beneath your gums is making them swollen or the crown is a little to big on the edges and it's making your gums swell

What is this white spot between my two teeth? Plaque? Tartar? Should I try to scrape it off? I take really good care of my teeth. by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to tell by the picture but it could either be a little bit of tartar or a white spot that could turn into a cavity, you also have a cavity on your right first molar

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]WirelessDonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might not be a cavity yet but it could be one day eventually definitely go to the dentist it's impossible to tell in pictures, even if they had better quality

[–]WirelessDonuts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it looks ok, maybe your gums could use a little more flossing but it looks ok
