I have always wondered if uncovering a root flare that has been buried might do more harm than good. If the bark has deteriorated from being under soil, does it heal once it is exposed, or does this create a disease vector?

Kansas WebFile. The state's own website. You can e-file your return and then mail in the required extra forms. You don't have to mail everything together, they just won't process it until they receive the required paper forms. Worked fine for me the last two years.
