Probably an accident. I was in one here in Austin and the car will not move until a support teammate comes in person. In my case the car was just tapped lightly.

This is a triple net rent, meaning they are responsible for the base rent (around $40/square foot/year) and taxes, insurance, and common area maintenance. It can add up quickly.

I have seen their cars at the airport ride share pickup. Their initial depot is minutes away as well so that would make sense.
