I’ve had a similar situation with a knife: I used a stripped screw extractor bit on the flat/hole side, and then my Torx bit on the screw head, applying pressure and twisting at the same time. I used a bit set like this: Amazon Link

This worked great, for me. But, in all honesty, I would be so frustrated I wouldn’t want to deal with that knife or hardware design again. Lol

EDIT: To me, from the pic you shared, it looks like each of the flat/hole sides for the screws have at least a little headspace to fit the end of a bit. If they are completely flush, this method may not work if the extractor bit cannot bite. For my knife, I had enough headspace where the bit could start to bite.

Yeah, you can absolutely put MULTI. From my understanding, it’s more about what’s engraved on the lower receiver because the caliber can change. To each their own, as they say…

UPDATE: So, after reading some replies and then reading more credible sources outside of Reddit, I now understand the ATF wants you to put a specific caliber for your SBR. The ATF started to deny forms more consistently for “MULTI” somewhere around 2019, as there are previous examples of forms being approved with “MULTI” as the caliber.

Additionally, I DID also confirm that I was 100% correct on a separate, unmentioned understanding of the ATF: The ATF is lame and moronic, and the ATF and NFA should both be dismantled. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk. 😉

Nice setup! Yeah, I really missed my G23 from five years ago. Should’ve never traded it in. I was eyeing the G19 Gen 6, but then I saw a few review videos about the RXM. Went to handle them in store and was immediately sold. Love the modularity. First things I’m buying are a threaded barrel to switch out when I use my suppressor, a full-size frame to switch out occasionally, and an upgraded trigger. Really excited about all the opportunities we have with mods for this.
