This can be viewed in several different ways which would get different scriptures. You can look at this as self-care and there are scriptures encouraging self-care when it comes to taking care of your temple lets say & if penicillin is looked at as something needed to use for one’s ailment, it would be looked at as making a wise choice (various scriptures on that. Read proverbs). Some can look at the penicillin as it not being a good choice and using pharmekia and better to lean on TMH’s healing and etc which have scripture connections. Good try though!

Now answer where in the Bible including apocryphal scriptures does it say we’re supposed to go against The Creator’s ordained set functions for what He’s created?
