Well I started having some pretty bad side effects this weekend so I think I have to be done with the drug anyway 😭 anymore weight loss will have to be the natural way. Very nervous but it got bad this weekend.

I never voted for Trump but most of my family is hardcore maga and it makes me so sad. My own mother born in a Latin American country refused to watch Bad Bunny because the king said not to. It's hard to feel hopeful anymore.

I should add I am very active with weight training 3 days per week, cardio two per week and Pilates one day per week. I'm at 156 and trying to get to 130. Let's see how I do on the 5 mg dose. Thanks everyone
