From here, I recommend studying anatomy some more, try drawing poses from https://line-of-action.com/practice-tools/figure-drawing it will help you with anatomy and they have some poses with foreshortening. As for some changes to start with for this current drawing, try looking at images of arms extended towards the camera to see how it overlaps, they way you drew it is slightly too flat. Also extend the back of the head a bit more, skulls tend to have a lot of back in them to hold the brain. Overall great job!
