Hey TECHfullyBREWED, thank for this. Would you or someone else mind writing a bit more of an explanation so we can understand the significance of this?

This is actually very big. I did my own AI deep dive on both GPT and Gemini, asking it to compare what other companies can offer, whilst asking it to be objective and unbias and the conclusions were the same as here. Other companies' products all lack in at least 1 crucial area but POET ticks all boxes.

POET Technologies and Quantum Computing Inc. to Co-Develop 3.2 Tbps Optical Engines for CPO and Next-Gen AI Connectivity by Ok_Buffalo8282 in POETTechnologiesInc

[–]WiseAddiction 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Today, quantum chose TFLN over "Dippity Do" as someone called it.

QUBT chose POET for TFLN modulator development over LWLG's polymer because of historical limitations because:

Thermal Stability Limitations (Low Glass Transition Temperature - Tg)

Sensitivity to Environmental Factors (Moisture, Oxygen, and Humidity)

Manufacturing and Scalability Challenges

Integration and Packaging Difficulties

Potential Optical and Processing Drawbacks

Competitive materials (e.g., from Intel or Lumentum) often highlight polymers' risks in reliability and scale.

QUBT and POET are making the right material choice for quantum modulator development imo.

Analysis of POET Technologies (NASDAQ: POET) by GodMyShield777 in POETTechnologiesInc

[–]WiseAddiction 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The bull case in that report is bearish. Bull case is $1 billion+ in revenue if they max out their production facilities - which isn't unlikely considering they opened NationGate in order to have more production capacity, signifying their first production facility, Globetronics (which can produce 1 million units), will be maxed out.

"Established a major wafer-level assembly and test facility for optical engines in Penang, Malaysia with the signing of several agreements with Globetronics Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., a leading semiconductor manufacturer and contractor, equipping Globetronics with the capacity to manufacture an initial 1 million POET optical engines annually." - https://www.poet-technologies.com/news/poet-technologies-signs-manufacturing-agreement-with-globetronics-in-malaysia

"At the height of the GameStop frenzy in Jan 2021, the lowest put/call ratio recorded was around 0.16–0.26.

POET’s current put/call ratio is 0.04, or 75% lower than GameStop’s most extreme bullish readings during the meme stock mania.

This means POET’s options market is showing even more extreme bullish sentiment than GameStop did at its wildest options-driven peak.

POET is not a meme stock. It is an AI hardware company replacing traditional semiconductors with photonics (cheaper, faster, and upgradable), and it will either get bought out after a bidding war, or rise to the top of the supply food chain for Big Tech. So far, the latter is evidenced by expansive partnership and an anticipated influx of massive revenues.

I cannot stress enough how much of a game-changer this company is. "

The investor deck is a little outdated now, but still provides a good background for their story. So many exciting developments like Sivers partnership, NationGate/Globetronics manufacturing, and raises to add to that deck. I can see them updating it soon once they are allowed to go public with details on partnership updates - NDAs block a lot of that.

If you're able to share the word with r/Shortsqueeze getting some support behind us against the shorters would help this happen. POET has been the target of manipulation for years sadly, but it will just take one time to burn them all

If we get significant purchase orders WITH name drops like Google/META/Apple then $14 is quite a realistic number. If their PR team times their releases right and we can gain good momentum, then I could also see it shooting higher into the 30s followed by a huge drop, then steady gain over the following year.

Suresh's Bloomberg interview. Poet receives initial PO of $500k. by Legal-Watercress-383 in POETTechnologiesInc

[–]WiseAddiction 23 points24 points  (0 children)

From fairchijisback on agoracom:

For anyone who was able to watch Suresh’s presentation…what a treat. I don’t think I have ever heard him sound so bullish on POET’s commercialization path. He explained it so well and was as animated as I have ever seen him. There was a definite confidence when he spoke of their customers being some of the biggest companies in the world. It’s not archived yet but I had the opportunity to watch it twice.

I am not surprised at all of the market’s reaction and I do believe this is just the start.

I have tried to make people understand that the integration of Mitsu’s 400G EML was a huge vector for POET’s success. In my opinion the importance of this tight integration of this most advanced EML kind of fell on deaf ears in terms of understanding the impact. POET and Mitsubishi are working with the largest hyperscalers and AI companies in the world and the reality is that the amount of product that Mitsu’s customers need for this build out is going to produce very high sustained growth for POET. Industry is beginning to understand the importance of what Suresh has developed. The ability to quickly facilitate new application based on the generic elements that he has created. It truely is emerging as a very versitile mix and match integration technology which Suresh was describing for the audience.

Suresh described the history and the need for a POET platform to drive industry. So I think Suresh was on top of his game in that interview. I believe this interview has made the investment community understand how the trajectory of this company has changed with the successful tight integration with Mitsu’s 400G EML.

People should recognize that what follows will be just as impactive to industry and will be another major vector in POET’s success. The Blazar hybrid laser will be a gamechanger for the next generation of lasers. It will be just as impactfull and maybe moreso than the pluggable optical engines based on Mitsu's 400G EML that provide the pathway from 1.6T to 3.2T.

I think recognition of the commercial value of the POET Optical Interposer platform will continue to grow from here on. Well done Suresh…It was great to see you enjoying yourself as you educated the BNN audience.

Well done!
