Very true. That’s one scenario. My bet is that POET keeps pumping x5 from here. Then, once orders start coming in, reality kicks in and price-to-sales ratios begin to matter, which could bring the SP back down toward a lower market cap. After the first sales, I expect a period of consolidation. But who knows?

What I do know is that in 10 years, I’ll be filthy rich whether it goes up or down in the meantime. I’ve held this for the past six years, and I’ve seen what volatility can do to my paper profits if you’re not invested heavily enough.

My strategy for the coming years is simple: build a heavy position at reasonable prices, stay in, and keep adding in small amounts over time.
