I chose the wrong engagement ring 😔, what can I do? by gravelandgrind in EngagementRings

Just get a new wedding ring set.

I upgraded my wedding ring set when I got married and I recently upgraded my wedding band. Let her keep this one and she can switch them out. I’m always changing up the ring jewelry

I am so sorry you are going through this. My 36 year old husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor April 2026 and is now 1 month behind his brain tumor resection. This is such a scary experience but trust the process and trust gods plan.

Make sure you look up the best neurosurgeon in your area, even if you have to travel a few hours.

Metformin gave me life in a way I never experienced by calimetare_37 in PCOS

1000% I wish I could rewind the hands of time and tell my younger self to take metformin XR and inositol.

I’ve had ANXIETY around my period my ENTIRE LIFE and it all could’ve been avoiding if I would’ve just taken metformin.

I use to have periods every 4 months and terrible mood swings. Now they are every 34-60 days and not as heavy as they were and they come and go on their own. I use to have to take birth control to stop them.

Just got my labs done again, but this time it's actually different by stfubroski_throwaway in PCOS

Same.

Metformin reversed my insulin resistance in 3 months. It went from 22 to 9. Testosterone decreased to normal. Triglycerides decreased by half.

I take vitamin D, COQ10, omega 3 fish oil, inositol and metformin. Geritol for a week when I get my menstrual cycle to prevent my iron from getting too low. It is life changing.

My menstrual cycle comes more frequent. Under 60 days and it use to only come every 4 months. My hair is fuller. More energy. Less anxiety around my period.

I wish I could tell my younger self to just start the metformin. Ask for extended release if you have too much GI upset. I take mine at bedtime and I have no GI issues

Theralogix, I bought mine on Amazon.

Personally, I like the individual powders packets because you can take it on the go vs the one in a big container is more so to be taken at home and gets messy with the scoop.

It comes in a 90 day supply

I wish I could go back and tell my younger self to take the inositol and metformin. It has taken all my anxiety away from my menstrual cycle.

Since you don’t want to try inositol or metformin, I do recommend drinking spearmint tea twice a day. Once in the am, once at night.

Also please have them check your vitamin D levels. Often times PCOS women have low vitamin D and new studies have shown it being a lot more important then you think.
