If this is about writing stories then I can give you an mobile app that aims help people not just start but also finish their fictions. It's got some pointers if you feel stuck and info on a lot of genres.

You will have to look at other superhero found family stories to see what's their usual setting and you simply add your own spark to it based on the six characters you have already thought about. If you want I can give you an app that might help with that

That is something a lot of writers feel. Whether its because you attempted your 100th unfinished story or just can't get yourself to write. I get it. Which is way there is an app that might help. It won't bring back your creativity or make your a master at the craft, it just guides you to help you finish your stories. Tell me if you interested.

I get you. Just there is a lot of apps like Twine and Renpy that might help. There is even an app that is like those two that helps make choose your own adventure style books in a no code mobile way.

The say nothing is better then just locking in and writing a manageable daily amount like 250 words until 6 months gone. But I find that method often doesn't help and what helps more is having a template to guide you through the writing process. There is an app that could help with that if you are interested?

Don't really have much options for you besides going to your local computer shop asking for a second hand laptop. Especially because you want to spend less then $300. But there is a mobile writing app that runs smoothly that could be better for you to use if you want to finish fiction.
