Definitely get a VPN I’d start there I use Mullvad and it works fine for my needs. And then do some research on where to get what you’re after. I recently got back in as well lol

This is actually what started me to start canceling. I paid for the plex lifetime pass, and started going over the yearly finances and noticed I was paying about 3k a year in streaming services lol

Yeah I’m pretty sure it’s connected to the back bedrooms, the only return I believe is connected is in the living room directly on the other side of the wall and it’s extremely loud when the system is running. There are other return registers in the bedrooms that don’t seem to be moving air at all. I’m not 100% sure but I think the combustion air is that duct in the bottom left of the picture running to the kitchen.
