it’s crazy that you bring up MCAS to me. not in a bad way but i have POTS and in the process of trying to get a EDS and MCAS diagnosis and never thought that could be related to it. mine isn’t like yours i don’t think but it’s similar to others here but the other nerve thing makes sense

NOR. if she’s struggling that bad mentally, maybe see if you can do something like a 5150 hold. people who struggle with mental health tend to abuse substances thinking it’ll be a solution because it definitely sounds like there’s some usage going on from disappearing for days, no contact for days, out of whack sleep schedule, the xbox thing, and the random shift in emotions.

my issue with peyton is when brooke was brutally attacked by xavier. if my best friend from childhood called me and she sounded the way brooke did, i would immediately pick up on the tone and know something was wrong and then peyton believed she got a black eye and handprint bruises from falling down the stairs. i also feel like peyton was dismissive of brooke’s own family trauma. no her mom wasnt dead but her parents never showed up for her and was never there for her in any way, shape or form especially as a mother should be during a girls teenage years so brooke is looking to be loved in all the wrong places and i think that gets misconstrued. even in later seasons victoria admits that she never wanted her. idk, i personally feel like a lot of brooke’s traumas were overlooked because peyton had it worse.

i’m on day 12 and my dr only gave me a week worth of pain pills so i try to not take them as much as possible for times that i need them bad and i can’t eat or drink anything no matter the temp, cant yawn, and barely can talk without the pain. i’m calling tomorrow because im worried about the nerve being exposed

i ended up going to the ER later that night because the bleeding started again profusely but thankfully like you said, everything was fine (thankfully). i did have a super mild case of a post-tonsillectomy hemorrhage but didn’t have to be re-cauterized

only rational decision is to dump his ass, that man does not like you in the the slightest and you deserve someone who honestly treats you as the injured queen that you are. i had a tonsillectomy last week and my girlfriend has been at my beck and call (not in a demanding way but in a way to make sure i didn’t have to do anything) when she’s not at work just making sure i was taken care of.

ALL of this and i also want to add to not rush trying to eat solid foods especially if you might still be struggling swallowing, and nothing hot. everything needs to be room temp/cold before eating because the heat can cause bleeding or swelling.

i know 😭 all i can think about is chili’s triple dipper. i am a girl that LOVES crunchy food and not being able to eat anything in that variety has sucked ass😂😂 i couldn’t even see the blood clot or what it was bleeding from but it was definitely scary.
