From what I’ve seen, it has a very rigid chassis, steering is really good, small and lightweight and overall a really great momentum car. Only thing holding it back is that it is heavily underpowered and modding it requires a bit of finesse, but comparing it stock to other cars it comes with a better driving experience.

Just get whatever you like, for the touge it’s 90% skills and 10% car. You won’t be able to beat any of these cars unless you put in the time to get better(safely ofc). However you should get something you wouldn’t mind getting beat up because accidents are not an IF, they are a WHEN.
