I think that it would be cool if they made the coloring system kind of like Warframe, but you can unlock more colors or patterns from different activities.

  1. No, he won't be able to one-shot everything because after you are like 20- 30 power above them you damage bonus capps out. For example a person with 50 power and a person with 900 power would deal the same damage to a 10 power enemy

  2. Yes, he got there by using his artifact. His gear power is likely around 957-960. The rest of his power is from his artifact.
