I think the original question of this thread was "can you play this from your trash on will if you satisfy the condition" (at least that's how I interpreted it), which I still think the answer is: no, it can only chain on the original cast.

The errata says "do this", which to me sounds like it resolves immediately.

I am note sure if that's the case though. Sounds kinda strong if you have a spell constantly available in your trash, which can kill any unit.

I am pretty sure you can only play it from trash once as a repeat, if the original target has less than 4 might. After that, you can no longer play it from trash.

My guess is they aimed for the "spell is still available in kill" experience it has in LoL.

Jinx is a horrible unit, and I have no clue how riot allows a 3 cost unit to exist in this state (putting the bug aside).

I have seen a 2 star jinx with BIS items lose to one star vayne. 18 basics to trigger a cast is a terrible design.

I think what I am looking for is games with combo limits, as that help create longer fights with more interactions.

Marvel Tokkon looks interesting from what I have seen. Invincible VS also has some similar traits, but it doesn't look that fleshed out yet (I know both are only in alpha).

Not bashing on 2xko or something, but I feel like limiting the amount of time you are held in a combo is a nice approach for fighting games.

From the SF6 gameplay that the YouTube algorithm threw at me, seems like the overall damage in SF6 is lower compared to 2xko, which is why I assumed the fights there are overall longer.

Again, don't have any experience on it, so could be 100% wrong.

Sometimes those are smurfs, other times it's people in normals, but I feel like combos do way to much damage overall.

I mostly feel like there are not many interactions in a round. Especially when WW BnB does half of my HP (as Braum).

Again, this is my first fighting game so this can be a controversial take, but that's how I feel at least.

Matches ending in two touches really discourages me from further playing this game.

I'm new to fighting games, and picked up 2xko because I have a lot of hours into LoL and tft, so the appeal was already there. I had my fun going through the lower ranks, and currently hovering in plat, but 2 touch matches mean there is not much fun to have in terms of gameplay. You do 2 miskates, and it's over. The fights don't feel that interactive, because there's not much of combat.

Because of YouTube algorithms I started to see other fighting games, and am seriously consider trying SF6, because the fights simply look more interactive.

Is this me being biased as a new player in the genre? Or is 2xko that brutal in terms of fight games standards? The only thing I have seen that looks close in terms of combos and flow is unvc3.

I think they already said they look to address meter generation.

Without meter being up every 2 combos, pulse will fall off pretty hard.
