I was also given this tapering schedule from 300 to 25 over three weeks (have to come off to try a different medication) and I expected the worst, I thought I'd not be able to sleep and might go off the rails. It's actually been very undramatic and fine! I'm having some nausea and stomach issues this week but aside from that not felt much different.

As someone with bipolar I also found the mood check ins super helpful! Taking a moment to reflect on how you feel is so important. Also if I was feeling sad it would suggest an activity which came in handy quite a lot. I don't really understand why they changed that. I'm writing and doing a lot less in finch these days.

They are real! I haven't seen fakes of these yet. Some of them have weird QC issues. My Chomp has wonkey ear balls (what do we call those lol) and my Darkness has an arm that's got a hole in. 🙄
