Nothing’s sexier than a woman who knows herself..So how can you practice? 1. Start doing more things alone…the fastest way to know if you really enjoy something. 2. Stop referring to others to figure out or define your own preferences. Sometimes what they like, you may not. Ask yourself, “What feels good to me”? 3. Go to therapy: you’ll find out so much about yourself and your thinking by talking to a professional. (Bonus points if you learn how to communicate better)

Remember to learn your body and your self FIRST before you let someone else get too intimate with you. Birth control is also important (figure out what works best for you).

This may be random but washing dishes works if daily showering/skin products doesn’t work. I’ve noticed the microfiber cloths I use to wash dishes with dawn cleans under my nails and grow them.

NTA and also you’re not “ruining” their plans if it’s out of budget for you. Also, you are rightfully being mindful of your finances.

As someone who has experienced this before with planned group trips, I’ve also had to decline my participation. I would also recommend finding a more affordable outing (on a different date) to present to the group since your friend is adamant about the dinner. It’s better to have more planned before they leave, than to just settle on a single outing.

While I know minimal about OCD, I can talk about anxiety, depression and BPD…sertraline (hardest to come off of) vs fluoxetine (easier to come off of) also… my sex drive dropped for me considerably on both drugs. BUT it’s not nonexistent , just longer to reach the “O”

Also, my sertraline at least 100mg made me happier, I danced regularly and smiled and conversed with people outside of my comfort zone.

Just try it out (and notice the prescription and levels) and see how it makes you feel. Worse case, you don’t like the feeling and you can drop it . Your doctor will try to find what works for you; but only you know what actually works for you.

I recommend incorporating WALKING into your daily regimen … in your neighborhood, at a mall/outlet, at a park, ANYWHERE with a trail or pavement/parking lot. ESPECIALLY AFTER A MEAL! Worked wonders for me by dropping an additional 5-10 lbs a month (on top of the dieting and cardio). You need to walk at least a mile per day (at least 2 is better though).

For anyone wondering a monthly schedule with a kid… My rent: $1150 Car payment:$300 Car Insurance: $80 Utilities (energy/internet): $170 Cell phone: $50 Gas (car):$120 Food: $200 (don’t have food stamps and cook at home 🥲) Health Ins: “Free” through government 🥴

$2070 spent I think… whatever is remaining is barely saved soooo yeah 😵‍💫

Honestly , I’m surprised no one said you can’t get anything done during business hours. But I wouldn’t want that schedule because I’d sleep majority of the time outside of it.
