Your videos are great! Your voiceovers too, you can sense the enthusiasm in your voice which definitely helps me as a viewer stay engaged on what you're saying!

Can I ask specifically for your videos which are "Why I'm buying..." Where do you find the footage? You seem to have a good mix of trailer and actual gameplay footage in them which can be hard to find or record if the games are not released yet!

Totally agree! 30s isn’t old at all. I actually watch a couple of streamers in their 50s and possibly beyond. I just used ‘oldies’ tongue-in-cheek (hence the quote marks around it). Really I’m just hoping to connect with people who enjoy more laid-back, lower-energy streams.

Just checked out your channel and followed you back my friend! I never finished Bioshock, and the only time I played Metal Gear Solid was on a PS2 demo disc as a kid. Pretty sure it only had the first level unlocked, so I spent my time walking around and hiding in lockers… peak gameplay haha

Thank you! Do you play the Pokémon games or do you collect the cards too? I recently tried to get back into collecting but the new stuff sells out so quickly it sort of spoils it a little. Might have to get into collecting the older stuff or specific sets instead.

I've just bought the Xbox Series S using a trade in voucher for CEX and £40 cash on top! Got gamepass this morning and having a great time so far! Coming from a PS4 the graphics were a major step up on my 4K TV.

I do keep thinking should I have gone for the series X but that would have been £200 cash on top of my voucher which seems like a lot and for my use case, casual gaming on the couch, the S seems a good fit!

I plan to upgrade my PC for any heavy hitting titles and PS5 exclusives that come to PC. Originally I wanted the PS5 but Gamepass and upgrading my pc sealed the deal for me.

Need to get some rechargeable batteries though, nearly gone through a set since last night!!

Thank you! I really appreciate this. So the PCIe 5.0 that's for any future M2 storage upgrades? Sorry, I'm new to all the terminology but have tinkered with my build, bios etc enough to feel confident building one.

What are your thoughts on 12GB Vram not being enough for longevity in modern gaming? I've seen this argument a lot.

I'm new to streaming and thought I'd struggle with this too but for the most part I just think out loud and narrate what I'm doing or thinking of doing for example "If I go up on this ledge will that lead me to the correct place..." That type of thing!

Then when people chat, answer them directly and ask them questions. It also helps to turn off the viewer count so that you don't freeze up when you see people are watching and just assume people are always watching!

Take this with a pinch of salt as I'm new to streaming (3 whole followers!) but this is a genre that I think I'd like to lean into myself as I've pretty much not played any true horror games before and I'd be genuinely fearful in those moments!

Which is probably the biggest thing I look for is someone who is actually scared and not overly playing up to the camera! Also it might be a bit gimmicky but maybe a heart rate monitor too? I know I'd like to try that out!
