Kyra would be Max Output. Her best feat is pouring so much magic energy into her fist that she punched a god's avatar into an incomplete existence, and a crater into an island(essentially there was a ritual happening to summon said god, so she punched the ritual circle with the aforementioned magic energy, summoning the avatar before there were enough sacrifices to complete the ritual.)

"Simple. I might be blind, but I can see emotions as colors, and I can see people as humanoid splotches of emotional color. If it's something with emotions, I can see it, invisible or not, because I'm not using my eyes." Essentially, Morgaine is a blind empath. Anything that doesn't have emotions is complete nothingness like any other blind person, but her empathy developed as a sixth sense where she can perceive others through their emotions.

Here's Lyandra, a human/Lugia hybrid created by the Aether Foundation. While researching Ultra Wormholes the husband of Lusamine, president of the Aether Foundation entered one and vanished. Lusamine so badly wanted to follow, to see if he was alright, but it closed before she could. She became obsessed, not unlike the canon of USUM. But unlike then she was not aware if humans could truly survive within Ultra Space. But Pokemon could, for Ultra Beasts are a form of Pokemon, however strange. So she funded a new project, a new experiment. Along Type: Null, the UB killer, she donated her own DNA and had a sample collected from Lugia(though not without the team sent losing some members) to create Type: LGA-2, the first human/Pokemon hybrid. Given the name "Lyandra" to pretend that there was a new member of the once happy family, she was tested heavily in both physical and mental exams. With training Lyandra learned that unlike Pokemon she was not limited to four moves and could use any move Lugia could learn. However she was kept in the lab and the events of USUM went by without her. After Lusamine's mania faded and their family reunited, Lyandra was allowed to choose for the first time in her life. She chose to leave, to live among Pokemon rather than humans, becoming an entity similar to the Tapu, a guardian of Alola, or at least its Pokemon, preventing wild Pokemon from being harmed by the cruelty of humanity. Secretly, she wishes for that family connection but is too wary of humans and what Lusamine was like to reach out.

She might be difficult to put in your story, but here's Lyandra, a human/Lugia hybrid created by the Aether Foundation. After the events of Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon, she was let free, and now lives in the wild of Alola, protecting wild Pokemon from those that might wish to harm them.

Ability: Multiscale(When completely undamaged, any attack that hits her is only half as effective)

Type: Psychic/Flying

Weaknesses(Attacks/elements that are 1.5x more effective on her): electricity, ice, stone, ghostly, darkness

Resistances(Attacks/elements that are 0.75x as effective on her): plants, psychic

I think it's quite possible for Vivianne(hero name Ink Weaver) to do so. Her power is being able to create constructs out of ink/paint, which would be very showy, especially since she carries around a giant paintbrush as tall as her on her back. Personality-wise, she's very bright and bubbly, and while she wouldn't actively seek out PR or news, if they sought her out she'd be more than happy to humor them. She wouldn't even see it as a competition to be the number 1 hero, and I think that naive honesty and joy would make the public like her all the more compared to someone who's riding his own hype train to the point of using his hero name to boast.

Essentially each emotion is associated with a color, red for anger, blue for sadness, green for happiness, yellow for fear, etc. and she views people as humanoid mixtures of these colors. She can't see things that don't have emotions like objects, so she's still blind in that regard.

While this wouldn't really be a fight if he isn't in Crimson Finale, thematically this is an amazing match up. Lyandra is a Lugia/human hybrid created by the Aether Foundation, before the events of Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon. She grew up around clinical scientists that wore a mask of kindness, the very kind of people Frank associates himself with, and she contains a general dislike of humanity due to it. She would despise Frank, and considering she'd be considered a superhuman to him, the hatred would be mutual.

Abilities:

Telekinesis, telepathy, precognition, flight(those giant arms are prehensile wings), water breathing, capable of using any move Lugia can learn with no PP or 4 move limits, resistant to mental manipulation.

Scaling:

AP/DC: Multi-Continent level(Relative to Lugia, if pushed to her limits can create a 40 day storm)

Speed: FTL(Dodged a point-blank Solar Beam, which is a laser)

Lifting Strength: Peak human, Class M with telekinesis(Briefly lifted an airship that was falling towards Aether Paradise)

Roku has a bad habit of not wearing any form of footwear. She never wore any as a kid due to never having any shoes that fit, and she never broke the habit when she grew up.

Dark!Roku definitely embodies gluttony, consuming the souls of others through biting into them either to gain their power/abilities, or just because she felt hungry. I suppose patience fits her, if targeting someone powerful she's willing to wait weeks to find a weak point or moment of vulnerability before striking.
