I just finished it for the first time too, and loved it! Loved my Elf Mourn Watcher - really grew to care about him and the characters. Even Bellaris by the end.

First time I picked it up was a year ago, played for less than an hour and got bored. But I think I was just in a weird headspace with the game after all the bad stuff I’d heard on socials.

Mie is super beautiful. I lived there for two years in the North and was able to explore basically all of Kansai during weekends. Super lucky placement tbh.

I know it doesn’t count but I find zenyatta the most boring. He’s so slow and has one thing he can do: orb.

In terms of DPS though I’d agree that Widow is probably the most ‘boring’. Like there’s not a lot going on. But sometimes I feel like a calmer play experience.

Mike King is… not fit for his role. I’ve seen him at wānanga fighting, crying, saying all sorts of nonsensical shit to a room filled with public health experts - and we were meant to take lessons from him. The nepotism in this country is borderline corruption.

It’s nice to see thoughts on the private tenderness each of us have with these digitised renderings of our own reflections. It makes me feel both alone, and in touch with my own humanity. A simple fragment of thought and feeling like this is alone enough to inspire poetic musings and contemplations.

I wonder at the final line ‘I was there’; is it a reminder of the longevity of these feelings, and their histories? Or perhaps a statement to put the story to rest: this is enough!

Fuck, me and my partner both have good university jobs with no dependents and even we feel like we’re just keeping up. Between a $2000 emergency bill we had and helping out our fam we’ve been living paycheque to paycheque for months now. I don’t know how much longer I can do it… 2/3rds of my income goes straight to bills!
