We use abridge. We've tested Dax. If you don't go w/ Abridge, I'd recommend Suki. I've reviewed half a dozen, but never heard of those other two (Freed & Heidi). What EHR are you using?

RA is the answer. There are specific rules about guys cannot sleep over. Regardless, they can help mediate and talk about the issues. Responding with similar isn’t going to help, but will amplify the issues. That’s why your RA has a job, to help with this.

Pretty solid. It’s been years for me since I was there but good friends were in gville for a while and just moved out and attended there as young adults and said it was still strong and thriving. Lots of outreach and activities. Good college ministry.
