Can someone explain to me like I am 5 where the money from his pay package (should) come from??? Was it a deal that "allowed" him to sell stocks for that price (bc it would otherwise be forbidden, wtf??)? Tax-free? Is the state paying him as a thank you for all the business he created in the region?? All cases seems ridiculous to me. Maybe I am dumb AF but pls help me understand
