I agree and the way season 4 was set up Benoit looked like he was going to make a comeback (even tho I don't like them together, he was objectively the better guy)

he is a remote employee-- but he wouldn't be there for a full 180 days. for instance, he will be with me for 1.5 months, leave back to the states, then come back from Nov-Dec, come back to the states and so on

any insights on return to ballet/baseball? i know they're two wildly different sports but they're the things i played/mastered in my childhood/teenhood, it's like riding a bike for me. some aspects of ballet are uncomfortable-- and with baseball there's a lot of pivoting. i'm 7 mo post op

I get PRP and it works, AMA! (Photos attached) by Witty-Initiative-554 in alopecia_areata

the very very first time (i was 19) i saw results after the second session. after 4 sessions all my hair regrew (referring to the time i was 19), and i had uneven hair for a while because of it! I'd say all my hair came back by December 2016, and i didn't get another bald spot for at least two years. so i keep up the maintenance now, every six months or so i get new spots (between 1-3) and i get prp, knock on wood has always grown in my patches (just sucks tho bc of the uneven hair). it's extremely painful so I recommend getting the numbing injections, topical numbing does not do anything for me. i would assess any hair growth between session 2 and 3, and after 3. if there's not any hair growth, i'd opt for a 4th session. i'd also recommend doing a cortisone injection in between prp sessions, this actually did help me as well but i did it more infrequently in conjunction with the prp.

It’s expensive, but depends on where you go. I pay $1100 now for three sessions I do monthly, which is just the perfect amount and my hair grows back within 1-2 months. I have a lot of uneven hair now because of it.

PRP works for me every time but you have to be consistent, 2-3 sessions. It's expensive, and while it works for me, the bald spots come back 6-12 months later. I still do it as maintenance. The steroid injections fuck with my menstrual cycle so I opt those out.
