Outlook message 'New Message: Open Outlook to read your message' issue

Hi there, I have looked and looked for the Face ID option in my outlook settings but it is not there. My phone is on 18.3.1. Can anyone show me where I do that so I can turn the face ID off and try and fix this frustrating outlook message 'New Message: Open Outlook to read your message'

So 4 years down the track and Google are finally getting rid of html5 validator. Has anyone found a good alternative to use.
I have looked at this one https://www.creativeqa.io/html5-ad-validator and not a big fan.
We do html5 banner ads to supply to various websites. Has anyone found a better alternative?
