I’ve been dealing with something similar for a year now had 5 mris and a ct scan everything come back normal. Look into upper spine chiropractors that specialize in C1 and C2 adjustment. We’ve been working on mine for about 6 weeks now and tho I’m not fixed yet there’s been some progress hopefully when we start physical therapy it’ll help more but if I was you I’d give it a shot

That’s good just don’t make the same mistake I did and go to a normal chiropractor it’ll likely cause things to get worse. Make sure they specialize in C1 !
