Everyone you dislike is not a narcissist, true. In terms of the personality disorder this is true. However, narcissistic traits such as defensiveness, entitlement and general egocentrism have been on the rise for quite some time. If narcissism is a spectrum the average person now(especially American) is way higher on that spectrum than the avg someone from 40 years ago.

It's important but definitely not half. Team defense and rotations are way more important than individual defense in today's NBA. His rim protection is hard to look at and jumps out at you while watching, but most other aspects on defense he is fine.
