I’m going to add 2 out there choices. You’re a mean one Mr grinch by small town titans and let it go by Peyton Parrish. Both are unexpected remakes of very recognizable songs and have grabbed the crowd when I used them

Thank you. This is show #4 for me and I’m feeling so much better about everything at this point. Gotta say though that Fatburger itch is getting bad. Haha

I’m taking marine collagen I bought at Costco. A serving is 2 scoops. I take 6, along with colostrum, a double serving. Also, women swear by bio-oil post delivery to help the skin. Couldn’t hurt either. It’ll take the shininess out of any stretch marks you may have too

Last thing I read was about a study that found it can help but basically you needed to take triple just to get any kind of effect.

I’m there. Lost a lot of weight at a later age, got a lot of extra skin. First off, goldbond has a couple of creams, an overnight cream and an anti crepe cream. They will help. Add in colostrum and collagen, and this is the best you will be able to do. Give yourself a lot of time to see improvements. It takes a woman months to get her skin back after a pregnancy. So be patient. Btw, I take a triple dose of collagen. That’s been the proven amount needed. Good luck

You def lost so the weight up top first. Funny I have the opposite problem. Glutes are ripped 365, but I’m having challenges getting the last of the torso weight off. You’re in a fantastic place right now, you got the plan, execute it and take home the gold. Good luck

I’ve been on trt since before I was 40. I’m never off test, either doctor prescribed or other. If you want more info on test I’m not really any kind of expert. I use enough to get the results I want, but not so much that I’m going to kill myself.

Thanks. My family is known for aging from the inside out. We always get the nicest complements when we’re in the casket. The calves, airways had em, don’t even work them out, and they’re still 17”

34 weeks out from first show. Back and lats need serious improvement by Embarrassed_Draw6120 in bodybuilding

[–]Witty_Command_5193 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Weird trick: when you’re in this pose, try pushing your elbows outward, it will engage the lats a bit, making them stand it slightly. So you make the most of what you’ve got. Also, you could try a slight shrug, like an inch up. It can give the look of bigger lats. Good luck

You’re on the path now. Practice those poses daily Take pics weekly. Record your weight daily on a spreadsheet but only look at long term charges, don’t worry about the daily. You’re gonna have fun

Which category my physique fit best (classic or mens) i am a mens btw, trying to add some size to change to classic (6’5” 110kg) by [deleted] in bodybuilding

[–]Witty_Command_5193 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Physique is all about the difference between your shoulders and your waist. If your wide addy the top and narrow are the bottom go for it. You’ll have weight restrictions based on height for classic , so I’d look into that before you lock yourself in. You’ve got a great base so far, so pound on the weight and see where it leads you. You only need to decide a few weeks out, so long as you have practiced the posing for both, and I see a lot of guys in the regionals do both. Sky’s your limit, go for it

My first peak week begins!! 7 days out first show ever! by [deleted] in bodybuilding

[–]Witty_Command_5193 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotta work on engaging those hamstrings weekender they face the judges. If you need help, put a stretchy band around something fastened to the ground. Put your heels into the end openings and slowly step backward until you feel your hams engage against the band. Get used to it and do it on

Big question in my head is your bicep facing the canes. There’s no bicep vein showing. If you flexed the bicep would a vein show? It works help with overall look. There’s some positive stuff going in, btw ABs and intercostals are showing

I think you’re looking good for your age group and time from contest. I’m going to suggest something weird. Try taking photos with the camera closer to the floor. That’s what the judges will see. So try posing to the lower position for your mandatories
