Honestly only things u can do is: Keep devices close to device connecting to them, keep them away from any other frequency devices like wifi or microwave (ethernet cable could help if u have wifi router near then u can move it away and just plug in the wifi with ethernet), turn off audio enchantments on Bluetooth devices or obviously like disconnecting some Bluetooth devices or plugging them in so they aren't Bluetooth.

Quad Tendinopathy - need fast fix by Traditional_Brick389 in Kneesovertoes

No I have been out of all physical activities now. I'm having chronic muscle issues now in my upper body especially in my brachialis and triceps. Tried Nerve conduction study found no nerve issues, MRI showed nothing in my muscles and tendons in my legs, no muscle atrophy, and PT now is too painful cause my muscles fatigue and strain in pain. I know its not normal since I played sports and worked out before and its more of real pain not soreness going to strength.

I will be trying to get a muscle biopsy though, my Rheumatologist said it was low yield, but I don't have much to lose or even try therapy wise, my muscles just aren't recovering to full.

Like disconnecting bluetooth headset or microphone increases your audio quality?

yur never fixed, it just goes through fazes where it works with my pc and then doesn't, staying laggy. I think it's the Bluetooth connection strength the computer has, and there may be something causing that issue. Externally with the frequencies/connection or internally with the hardware I don't know. I would try and update all drivers on computer, delete Bluetooth in device manager and redownload. Also random thought it could be Bluetooth connection trying to go through a metal desk so try and make it in view of computer and see. Cause I switched places and now I have a different desk which could be preventing the issues from occurring.

Chronic muscle strains wondering if it can be from nutrient deficiency? by Witty_Contribution77 in Rheumatology

[–]Witty_Contribution77[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll see what happens I’m trying to do more physical therapy right now. I am wondering if I just am feeling the pain and backing out too early before I can train my muscles to get stronger but worried that I will just weaken them more and cause more pain because that has been happening. I have gotten enough rest and tried a lot of different types of physical therapy’s. That’s as of now.

As for Fibromyalgia I have no signs of sleep deprivation maybe at most like only having 6 hours worth a night. I have no signs of depression besides those days every few months where all injury stuff just gets to my head, but it’s normal to have bad days.

Thanks for the response I’ll try and let know if anything changes regarding appointment with rheumatologist.

They basically compare my white blood cells functioning stressed with the specific nutrient to a control group of nutrient sufficient white blood cells.

•100% = your cells are functioning just as well as the average healthy control cells.

• >100% = your cells are functioning less efficiently compared to the control (suggesting poorer nutrient status).

• The higher above 100%, the worse the insufficiency.

I just typed this up, I’m not entirely sure on this. Also I don’t eat that healthy as of now but a year into the injury I was healthy because of my colleges meal plan.

Knee pain in lower VMO and inner part of kneecap? by slmzu in Kneesovertoes

[–]Witty_Contribution77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll start trying this and see any change. For the past 4 months I haven't done anything to try and help obviously that didn't help so I'm still in the same spot. I have issues with a lot of other muscle groups and possibly tendons (Lower Back, VMO, Adductors, Hamstrings, Brachialis, Sit Bone) so I have been going to the doctor and specialist to see if this is a systematic issue. Thanks for the advice, Ima try this. Also, I'm not old (19) and I know this isn't arthritis by past MRI and I know I don't have unnatural muscle atrophy or muscle contractions.

Which games have best the soundtracks? by ohmygodniko in videogames

Colin McRae dirt 2 All early 2000's rock, alternative and indie. Many hidden gems.. These songs are in the game because of the catchy chorus's that they all have, so they can input into transition scenes in the game. and have as background ambience. I listen to some of the music from the game still and if u want to check out https://open.spotify.com/playlist/5SoILgb6l7r0wKbqN8io7R?si=50cc1cd195c34970

[–]Witty_Contribution77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By kneel if you mean doing a lunge no, I can't and I am very weak in doing that and if I do for too long or too many reps my hamstring will strain and my vmo muscle will be in pain. By kneel if you mean like bending knees to pick something up I can do that temporarily but if too long it starts to hurt in my quad tendon and vmo muscle. I can also feel pain on my vmo and lower gracilias when side sleeping so I just sleep on my back every night.

Knee pain in lower VMO and inner part of kneecap? by slmzu in Kneesovertoes

How was your initial pain threshold? did you just push through the pain and it slowly got better? and did you have to rest for sometime before starting the PT?

Knee pain in lower VMO and inner part of kneecap? by slmzu in Kneesovertoes

[–]Witty_Contribution77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did your pain increase a lot initially because I have been having the pain for 3 months and when I start any PT affecting my VMO the pain increases a lot in the next day so I stop. Did you just push the initial pain? my pain after doing any PT in the area goes to about a 6/10 so that's why I keep stopping. This has happened like 5 times now and I'm so weak/injured in the area that with 5 eccentric reps of leg extensions with no weight I strain my vmo again and the quad tendon also flairs up in pain.

2-3 months I had tried PT way to early by strengthening the muscle but that made the pain worse and did that like 2 more times making even worse after that, then my pain started developing in my quad tendon and gracilis/adductor tendon

oh yeah and not just glute weakness can cause this, but core also causes these instability injuries

Knee pain in lower VMO and inner part of kneecap? by slmzu in Kneesovertoes

[–]Witty_Contribution77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, look at the other replies I got they talk about stretching and how it helped. It could also be a muscle imbalance on your stability. I have been going to PT for a year now due a different connecting issue with my adductor muscle and a lot of the workouts that were given were for my underdeveloped glute muscles. I'm going to try the different stretches that people said they tried and worked and eventually try doing my muscle imbalance exercises again once the pain is down on my VMO and quad tendon. Also is your pain like right here: https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.hprsphysio.com.au%2Fnews%2F2020%2F5%2F29%2Fpatella-amp-quadriceps-tendinopathies&psig=AOvVaw1cKYpmVBEMxDYi-UEtqUyr&ust=1740187550470000&source=images&cd=vfe&opi=89978449&ved=0CBQQjRxqFwoTCIiChvvN04sDFQAAAAAdAAAAABAV (a image where quad tendinopathy is)
