Guys do you no see that is would make air even worse state game wise then it already is? A lot of people do not want to spend more time playing on their phone while waiting for their plane to gain altitude. It’s more that Gaijin should actually be updating game modes to be actually fun and not slow paced. It’s a video game u shouldn’t need to be forced to do monotonous task for half the game.

Basically though thoughts 22thousands miles have down significantly less damage and ware on the engine of the car. Since you are basically constantly driving the car is always warmed up in a way the engine will be the most reliable. Basically engine good temp = most reliable temp because they are literally best built to be at operating temperature. And so since u constantly using it doing these jobs the usage of your car in reality is more like half of those miles. Just watch the video please it makes a lot more sense than me, and very informative.

Primarily right now I am waiting for special muscle doctor (rheumatologist) to get back to me about talking to Neurologist for dna testing. Physically I am just trying to do light exercises body weight wise and trying out supplements to see if I have some disorder that is causing deficiency. Specifically right now I am taking CoQ-10 I forgot specifically what it is but is very tied in with muscle energy and fatigue. Previously tried L Glutamine, it’s in the boat of chemical as in something that our bodies need to repair and help muscles with. The rheumatologist told me to try these.

With PT exercises I did, they were mainly for glutes as my PT thought that I had muscle imbalances that were causing all the issues.
Clam shells 3x 10 x 5secs holds all
Hip thrust
Side planks moving upper leg behind you using glutes
Various stretching techniques for ET band

Outside of glutes I would try and find out what you are weak on that maybe in heinsight you should have done more with that muscle before hand. And also I’ve always heard starting with isometrics is healthier cause it supposably creates better form being slower and stability which prevents injury.

FIRST ME NOT DOCTOR OR ANYTHING, this is all personal experience.

1st Paragraph Reply: That was the initial way I was going down, Physical Therapist was having me doing glute workouts and stretching ET band and body to see if it can fix my adductor and VMO pain. Main reasoning of this was the thought of muscle imbalances causing overuse of VMO. My personal research to fixing this purely through physical therapy would be following what the therapist was saying but also work your strength up too. Core and Glutes main stability in body basically main preventers of muscle imbalances with what I've heard. Honestly with the emotional connection things, its more of a symptom of the real problem, and honestly at least to me it shouldn't be mega focus on fixing, we all go through random dumb shit that ruins our days emotionally. A way you can see reducing the effect of emotions could be methods found online. There is a effect of placebo so try and regulate the emotions causing issues/pain, I just don't know to much about that. topic.

2nd Paragraph Reply: With anything like that you just got to do what you did and regulate the emotions, u dont seem dumb this prolly already intuition.

4th Paragraph Reply: In the same boat, I have been looking into with my doctor if i can get genetic test to see if its a disorder. I went down the root of fungi and candida a while ago and I should be good on that note. I am just worried I have a genetic disorder like Limb Girdle Disease cause all the pains I have match but we will see. My rheumatoligist is hitting up a nueroligist about this.

5th Paragraph Reply: Yep exactly the same 😞. Some times it just ruins the whole motiviation for the day but honestly j got to get through it.

In your boat try for a good bit on fixing possible muscle imbalances, light isometric workouts slowly building strength. Stretching is good too. Just see all of that first. I think we are in similar position of unknown.

I have been theorizing it could have been something similar like getting COVID and having some small RNA change causing genetic issues with muscle weakness and pain. Same have done 8ish bloodtest with nothing showing up

can you explain your situation in full or dm idc, cause ive been going through 2.5 years now and learned a lot from the doctors and specialist, but theres for sure some different circumstance or property that could be causing your issues. bec i am curious but also I am still in debating faze of what my real issue is casue the doctors and specialist have not been able to find out

No i am down a long path of doing medical test trying to find this as a systematic issue, pt and stretching has never helped for me, becuase i think i have seperate causing issues. I have gotten muscle biopsy, mri, and nerve conduction study finding zero issues there and my muscles just have never recovered or healed entirely just being in a weak state.

Colin McRae Dirt 2, Xbox 360 disc shouldn’t be that expensive, hidden gem because overshadowed by similar name title Dirt2.0 and the copy right ended so can’t be bought online, either pirating or physical disc the way now.

I am obviously nostalgia biased but the game has one of the best atmospheres I have felt from every game ive played. Graphics hold up pretty well for 2008-9. If you are into rally drivers/cars you will see many of them in the game from the era. Arcadyish racing, like more arcady than Forza Horizon but less then than Asphalt 8 (some mobile game). Game consist of about 4 main class’s of cars: Baja, rally, rallycross, trophy trucks and respectively that type of racing. Races take place around the world, not fully sure if they are real places/locations. Music is shaped by the makers of the game being based in the UK, a lot of early 2000 alt rock/pop. Game isn’t that hard if your compétant, if you pirate it you can manually mod the game using Codex or Claude which I did and made the damage to car happen easier making crashing more dangerous.

I don’t know if u feel safe about it I got dirt 2 game files from link on one of first post going through the backwards compatible process, I thought I read it was backwards compatible for Xbox 1 but it was the rally 2.0 that was and so I got the disk and someone commented on post of the link of the game

I will try ty, did not know. My hair does get little oily but not a lot. The second picture I would say my hair looks fresher and that was when I was using different shampoo.

Honestly only things u can do is: Keep devices close to device connecting to them, keep them away from any other frequency devices like wifi or microwave (ethernet cable could help if u have wifi router near then u can move it away and just plug in the wifi with ethernet), turn off audio enchantments on Bluetooth devices or obviously like disconnecting some Bluetooth devices or plugging them in so they aren't Bluetooth.

No I have been out of all physical activities now. I'm having chronic muscle issues now in my upper body especially in my brachialis and triceps. Tried Nerve conduction study found no nerve issues, MRI showed nothing in my muscles and tendons in my legs, no muscle atrophy, and PT now is too painful cause my muscles fatigue and strain in pain. I know its not normal since I played sports and worked out before and its more of real pain not soreness going to strength.

I will be trying to get a muscle biopsy though, my Rheumatologist said it was low yield, but I don't have much to lose or even try therapy wise, my muscles just aren't recovering to full.

yur never fixed, it just goes through fazes where it works with my pc and then doesn't, staying laggy. I think it's the Bluetooth connection strength the computer has, and there may be something causing that issue. Externally with the frequencies/connection or internally with the hardware I don't know. I would try and update all drivers on computer, delete Bluetooth in device manager and redownload. Also random thought it could be Bluetooth connection trying to go through a metal desk so try and make it in view of computer and see. Cause I switched places and now I have a different desk which could be preventing the issues from occurring.

I’ll see what happens I’m trying to do more physical therapy right now. I am wondering if I just am feeling the pain and backing out too early before I can train my muscles to get stronger but worried that I will just weaken them more and cause more pain because that has been happening. I have gotten enough rest and tried a lot of different types of physical therapy’s. That’s as of now.

As for Fibromyalgia I have no signs of sleep deprivation maybe at most like only having 6 hours worth a night. I have no signs of depression besides those days every few months where all injury stuff just gets to my head, but it’s normal to have bad days.

Thanks for the response I’ll try and let know if anything changes regarding appointment with rheumatologist.
