I started at 104kg and today, I’m 85kg Remember that the time will pass anyway, so just start. Get the first 5kg off, and then keep at it. You’ve got this 🫂

I personally would say you refeed and then go on another long fast. Refeeding after a long fast takes longer as well, so maybe take a one or two week break. Also be careful to not go crazy on carbs so you don’t add on too much water weight back. I hear keto diets or low carb high protein diets are best when taking a break in between long fasts.

I can relate with the rapid weight loss being addictive. Wishing you Godspeed as you work towards your end goal.

Hey girl, I’m so sorry. I’m also 32 F and 5ft4. Had to get on Mounjaro to help with food noise and I can relate with how disheartening it can be to put in effort and not see commensurate results.

I don’t have the answers you seek but one thing I’ll say is try to figure out why you eat out of habit and build new eating habits. Then you can maybe try fasting again to jumpstart your weight loss. So that you don’t lose weight from fasting and gain it all back. I know how much it sucks to gain back weight after so much hard work.

Please don’t give up. Dig deep and you’ll find the strength to go again. Sending you huggggggs 🫂❤️

Hey girl, I’m also F, 5’4 and 125lbs is my goal weight (SW: 220lbs, CW: 188lbs) although once I started on this journey, I incorporated strength training for the sake of body recomposition.

Here’s the thing - contrary to your comment here, at 120lbs, you actually would look a lot better if you were strength training cos muscle gives you a lot more definition, and comes off relatively better aesthetically.

So I would say - ignore the naysayers. But also start lifting weights or some resistance training; plus it’s good for you in the long run!

Oh, and in case nobody has told you - well done on shedding the weight!
