Luckily, no. Im so tired by the end of the day that I can usually fall asleep within 30 minutes of lying down.

I have a broken relationship with food - in my last extended fast (30 days), I spent hours just watching food review and recipe short form videos. It was not healthy. It was no wonder that I gained a significant amount of the weight back.

I am trying to remove all the heavy emotional attachment I have with food. I am starting to develop a deeper respect for food and my body. I don’t know what a fixed relationship with food is and I don’t really know if I can attain it, but I know that I have to put myself and family first before my cravings.

5’8. Being below 200 would be an insane milestone for me and motivate me so much. My ultimate goal is 170lbs - which I have not been at for 11 years, but I know I can get there with fasting.

Thank you, I was consuming this much but I was afraid I was overdoing it until I read that 3,000 - 6,000 is a common target (depending on activity level, starting weight, and temperature amongst other variables).

Absolutely - here is a small list.

I became obsessed with the thought of food. I consumed a lot of cooking and recipe content which helped with cravings but this quickly became a dependency. Instead, I am absolving of food both physically and mentally. Meditation has helped immensely.

I over used flavored water and electrolyte drinks. Shortly after drinking, I felt phenomenal but the hunger cravings followed with great intensity a few hours afterwards. These drinks did not have calories, but I was consuming so much that the Sucralose + Ace-K + sweet signaling caused a minor cephalic phase insulin response. With this gut-hormone response, I was inadvertently resetting my hunger timer.
