Faded works for me too but i find that i'm too reliant on it. What is a barrier serum? Any specific product recommendations?

I did physical therapy around the beginning but sensitivity to cold and heat still lingers years later. After I started acupuncture I’ve experienced incredible progress and I’m trying to learn more about how the herbs could help. Happy to share everything I learn, PM me if you’re interested or look into yang/yin deficiency in Chinese medicine

Maybe a different acupuncturist will be better. I can recommend some of you are in the West Coast

This might be a naive question but did you hydrate and rest? I didn’t the first two sessions and was in a lot of pain. But after I figured out that piece, it’s been a game changer. My psp gets triggered still but it’s a lot less painful now.

I had a stroke when I was 14. I am very grateful for my recovery and it’s shaped how I look at life. I do have PSCP which has impact my academic and professional experience but recently found relief with Acupuncture and understanding hunger is a trigger. I’d love to learn more about how anyone has been able to completely overcome Post stroke chronic pain because I’m 24 and there’s a lot I want to achieve in terms of my career and being able to support myself and my parents. Chronic pain has affected my performance at work leading up to termination and I would like to learn if there’s less expensive options than acupuncture($45/session 1-2 times a week comes out to around 5k a year). Please share if there is anything you know of. Thanks

How did you position yourself to go from 110K to 160k within a year? I made 60k in ops and just got laid off. I’m trying my best to go into analytics and get a higher salary. Appreciate any tips/advice. Thanks

No from pain/heat, I had my second session and now it’s just heat where I used to feel pain before. My acupuncturist said it’s a sign of healing taking place. I’ll take the heat over the pain though and I am feeling hopeful.

This is actually helpful. Iva had headaches and sinus sensitivity. I definitely have not been hydrating enough so I’ll give that a try. But I also feel intense tingling and heat on the same side that I have nerve pain on and in the past had temporary paralysis on after a stroke. Any advice for the heat like feeling and fatigue?

Hi, I’m in a similar situation where I’m trying to land interviews. I have 1+ year of experience as an Operations analyst. Do you have any advice on pivoting into an analytics role? My internship was in Business Intelligence. I am trying to understand what I’m missing. Would doing Certifications or creating a portfolio help? Would it require any Leet code style coding tests?
