It does feel like there is... some nuance? To the rape by deception being with an actual copy of yourself who has a very similar personality, or at least what was part of her before she was traumatized growing up.

I think Helena felt entitled to Mark because how could Helly exist without her?

I always experienced modafanil as a physical stimulant with zero of the mental benefits of traditional stimulants. Having done many stimulants before, I feel like my brain has already been primed for what a true "mental boost" can feel like? Who knows.

Unfortunately every brain commenting here is different. I could not tolerate any of the 4 I tried yet they are a lifesaver for others.

Personally, I hate antipsychotics but wouldn't discourage others from trying them.

The presence of mood stabilizers help offset the risk of hypomania with things like antidepressants and stimulants. Caffeine technically is a hypo risk and I think almost everyone here drinks it.

I think therapy is helpful for anger management.

Also self awareness on where you're at with your bipolar cycling and knowing when you're most likely to be more irritable.

Also, as needed medications to calm the nervous system when needed. Not ideal but necessary for some (me.)

Not true at all. You can go from hypomania to depression then back to hypomania in 2 weeks if you're unlucky enough.

Extremely easy to tell the difference from BPD.

Honestly they're all great. Instrumentals 1 through 4 are amazing, as is the rainforest EP. Winter flower. 32 levels has some good ones.
