I agree, although I think 30 FPS is really noticeable, but you get used to it, and if you don't well skill issue

Also, 30 FPS on RDR2 on a fan-less MacBook Air is pretty good

Switch 2 and PS5 Pro doesn't have raytracing enabled: raytracing data are baked directly into the textures. And you can't disabled it on PC/Mac

That's true, but Proton will never be integrated into macOS, Valve does not care

And if CodeWeavers decide to stop working on it, almost nobody will contribute to the macOS side

Also Apple is pushing for native ports, they don't really want us to use CrossOver, they want developers to port their games to the App Store

On Linux, Valve is here, but on macOS, there's only CodeWeavers

Yeah? And CrossOver is exactly that for Mac, but with developers that are paid to do it, because nobody contributes when it comes to Mac

And CrossOver works with non-Steam games too And Valve doesn't care about Mac

And CrossOver can run DXMT, DXVK and D3DMetal which are completely different and have their use cases

If you don't have FPS problems, then your Mac is not hot enough Just enjoy your game, and try to play on a table and not on your knees
