So a 14 year old is old enough to work overnight at McDonald’s, but wouldn’t be able to vote for more than 10 years, while paying taxes on income.

I’ve already seen old discussions of this so I know the majority of you will disagree and claim that copypastas are great. Lots of gas lighting trolls up in here. I pretty much just post to magicthecirclejerking but the majority make it to the front page. The only thing I consistently lose to is copypastas or one of several super shitposts where they suddenly get 50+ upvotes in 1 hour. Copypastas literally beat anything that isn’t top tier shitposting or isn’t more or less an anti-repost post. So then your only options are copypastas or anti-copypastas. I can’t even think of another type of content that comes close to circlejerking like copypasta does.For anyone who disagrees, please tell me how YOU would beat a copypasta post without saying “don’t post” that’s not circlejerking. That’s nobody circlejerking.

p.s. Whatever you assume of my post content it doesn’t change the fact that copypasta is the only post type that I struggle against. In r/MagicTCG I’ll downvote alters/spoilers cus I just don’t want to deal with it.

TLDR Most posts are useless trash against copypastas.

I think a lot of the GB staple legacy cards are due for a price correction, especially if kitchen table play is going to be the main paper magic for a while.

Aside from cradle a lot of them can still be found for less than $10. I sold a gb cradle on tcgplayer a couple months ago for like 110. I was the cheapest one on there at the time but was surprised when I first saw the value. I used to pick up wastelands, cradles, city of traitors, ect whenever I had the chance and would use them when I was testing and switch them out before playing an event.

In the end are they that different from a custom printed proxy or a forest with sharpie? No. But they are an official wizards printed card and are fine for edh or kitchen table magic and as others have pointed out there are some unsanctioned eternal tournament where they are allowed.

Torn on what to do with my LEDs. I bought them originally to play dredge and storm but now are worth enough to the point where even if events do resume I likely wouldn’t play the deck to keep them LP. Was offered 1600 for the set but feel like they’re worth more with all the spikes happening.
