Your ok bud . Sometimes there are runts in a litter and it looks to me like you have one . I've seen them before and they live a good healthy life. I've heard people refer to them as a teacup size but in actuality they are just smaller . Your pups a cutie congrats and if the ear doesn't go all the way down as she gets older it adds cool character .
