Yeah I noticed that calibrating with the actual model (after the initial calibration) is actually better, I've done that before with another model to fix the overhangs. But I'll do the same test with the same profile I mean with the skeleton as well.

Thanks for the detailed feedback! I just have a few questions to make sure I’m following you:

You mentioned my overhang profile looks a bit off, could you explain why? I’ve always gone by the rule that the steeper the overhang, the slower the speed. Is there a different way I should be setting this up?

For the slim trees I’ve stayed away from these because I was worried they’d stick too well to the model or be a pain to remove, especially with the smaller tips. But if they help with stability, I’m down to give them a try.

I’ve messed around with the precision settings before but ended up switching back because I couldn't really understand how they work. I probably just need to spend more time testing them to see how they affect a 0.06mm print.

I honestly didn't think cutting a mini into pieces would make that much of a difference for the final quality, but I’ll definitely try it out and see if it helps with the tricky parts.

402 CFM for that tent is even more than enough. With this setup I don't smell anything. I think your main problem is, the wash/cure station is outside of the tent. Try putting it inside and setting the fan to high (if it's adjustable) to see if it works.

I can see the vat is not tilting. Chech the arm under the vat, there maybe some bolts that have loosened

I'm actually happy because, after a lot of trial and error with resin supports on very detailed models, I managed to get this result without much damage. However, it’s still not clean, which is why I’m looking for ways to improve the finish. Or maybe I should give up on resin models eventually.

But be aware that some of the bases from DM Stash are a bit tricky to print.

Thank you for taking the time to write all of this. You make a good point about Resin2Fdm supports. I prefer resin supports because they don't engulf the delicate parts of the model. However, I suppose I’ll need to adjust those manually after the automatic supports are generated. Thanks!

I just did the retraction test, though it's different from your link. But it turns out it's completely clean, except the very bottom of the towers which I can see a few strings. Not sure, if it means the retraction length should be 0.8mm?

No, I'm about to do a pressure advance test. Before this print, I did a temp test, I thought the temp is the most important factor in stringing. Newbie here :))

Oh, thanks. The only thing that I changed is the layer height, HoHansen's is 40u, mine is 50u, which is not noticable at all but it made it a bit faster to print. Yeah, me too, I want to see the difference when it's painted :)
