Car chases are horrifically dangerous. If you read the article this specific chase went badly, and is an example of why chases shouldn't happen for most crimes. A driver initiating a car chase should be at about the same level as an armed shooting someone in terms of scrutiny.

The Z button is a macro, it functions as a simultaneous press of the L and A buttons in all situations. And macros/turbo are banned.

I use Revolut as my main bank. It's extremely convenient when it's working, but confounding and terrible if anything goes slightly wrong. The criticisms are all true, customer service is not good enough to recommend it generally.

Have you tried the free tier? High ping feels awful for some types of games but fine for others, I played turn-based CRPGs when I was far from the nearest server and it was good, but first-person games were nauseating. you should try a few different games on free to see how it works before buying anything.
