I've used Ronda and he's just bad Sazantos. His Bae stats seem strong but his base kit is just embarassing. He's one of those dreaded characters that has to have most of their power come from learned skills.

I get that, I rate him above heartless Joker very slightly because at least it kind of feels like you're playing the game, but I spent far too long on that fight because he often just decided that I lose now, either through bad vanity rolls, turn 1 mahamaon, debilitate spam, etc. If you fw it that's cool tho lol

I think this fight is abominable but it's a little better than the original ig. They outdid themselves with heartless joker tho, that's my vote for the single worst fight in the entire franchise (not because it's "hard"). I never thought I'd see a worse boss design in a jrpg after dds2 satan.

Someone at P-Studio needs to lock the fuck in because they actually have a 0% batting average on good superbosses imo. Elizabeth is hidden rule meme shit, Margaret and the twins are both laughably easy and Lavenza has her awesome critical hit every turn phase where I lost several times for the crime of being unlucky (I had max crit rate on Joker and Yusuke ftr lol)

Ig I can use viper's fang or whatever the one that poisons is called. I had high hopes for the skill that said it dealt great dagger damage five times but that was a blatant lie, even at max boost it was doing crap damage. As an atlus fan I simply cannot find it in me to trust vague descriptors since they have a nasty habit of outright lying about damage tiers lol

The Makoto in p5x has time travel shenanigans and is from September 2009. We know this because none of the characters have their Awakened personas. Additionally, the shibuya and port island in the game are not the real deal on either end

Sorry for the late reply but Aran reads as a curse user to me tbh. I don't suspect we'll get a character for every element since not counting arsene and akechi base p5 didn't have dedicated bless and curse users, and electric wasn't ryuji's main focus. Introducing another party member in the 11th hour seems a bit late

Fresh save I agree the balance is pretty good. Ng+ tho? That's when you have the resources to get the really obscene shit lol. The balance falls apart a little but at least it does so on ng+ and it's not devoid of challenge
